Ordering and Delivery
Everyday merchandise is available to order now, with delivery starting November 21, 2026. Paladin playing kit is ordered separately through Paladin.
How Your Order Works
- Browse the shop and select your color, size and quantity. Your selected color also updates the product image.
- Choose Add to Cart. Repeat for any other items.
- Open View Cart to review your items, enter your delivery details and pay securely through PayPal.
- Keep your PayPal receipt and transaction reference for order support.
Before You Pay
Request written confirmation of garment measurements, availability, the dispatch estimate and return or exchange terms. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming these details.
Sizes and Product Images
Apparel options are S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL. Tees are unisex. Caps are adjustable, one size. These are size labels, not garment measurements. Supplier measurement charts and final samples are still being confirmed. Ask for measurements before paying if fit is uncertain. Images are digital mockups; final colors and decoration require supplier approval.
Shipping and Tax
US shipping is $9.99 per order. International shipping is available to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Shipping for other countries is not currently configured; please do not place an order for an unlisted destination.
For the listed international destinations, PayPal calculates shipping from your destination and the combined packed weight of your items. No separate quote is needed. Tees and caps count as 1 lb each; crewnecks and hoodies count as 2 lb each. Multiple items ship together from our supplier in Concord, California.
International charges use estimated USPS rates by weight band, with a 10% buffer and a $5 handling fee per order. These are fixed checkout estimates, not live USPS quotes. Review shipping, tax and your final total in PayPal before payment.
Standard tracked international delivery is estimated at 2–3 weeks after dispatch. Customs processing can affect arrival dates. Any destination import duties or charges are separate from the shipping fee.
Timing
Orders are open now. Delivery of products starts November 21, 2026. Individual arrival dates depend on your destination and order confirmation. Contact us before ordering if you need your items by a specific date.
Changes, Cancellations and Returns
Contact the Grizzlies with your order reference to request a change or cancellation. Return and exchange terms are being finalized with the supplier and must be confirmed before payment. Report damaged or incorrect items to the Grizzlies with your reference and photos.
Paladin Orders
Paladin manages its own sizing, payment, delivery and returns. Its orders cannot be combined with everyday merchandise. Use the details on your Paladin confirmation for order support.
