California Grizzlies uses the information you submit to manage player and coaching inquiries and merchandise requests.

Information Collected

Player forms collect contact details, date of birth, club or school, selected opportunities and any notes you choose to provide. Guardian details and permission are required for players under 18. Sponsorship inquiries collect your company, contact details and partnership interests. Coaching forms collect the experience and availability you provide. Merchandise forms collect selections, contact details and delivery information.

How It Is Used

The Grizzlies registration team can access submissions through restricted staff pages. Necessary order and delivery details may be shared with the fulfillment provider. Payments take place on PayPal or Paladin; these forms do not collect payment card details.

Newsletter Signups

Our Grizzlies Updates form is hosted by Wix. It collects your first name, last name, email address and subscription choice. Wix stores these details for California Grizzlies and sends the confirmation email. Confirm your address to complete your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails.

Your Device and Private Links

The shop saves product selections in your browser so your cart survives a page refresh. Removing items clears those selections. Keep private order links secure: anyone with the link can view the associated order summary.

Coaching Privacy Requests

To update or remove your coaching registration details, submit a privacy request. Your name, email, request type and any optional details are saved for Adriaan Ferris to review. Identity is verified against your existing registration before any information is changed or removed. Requests are not processed automatically.

To correct or request removal of your information, contact the Grizzlies. Avoid including medical records or other sensitive documents in free-text fields.
